Who we are

NexaSofter AI is operated by Morrow Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("NexaSofter", "we", "us"). We recruit and vet domain experts for AI training and evaluation work. Questions about this policy go to [email protected].

What we collect

• Your details: first and last name, email, LinkedIn profile URL, and where you are based.
• Your background: answers to a few questions about your field, such as your degree, credentials, years of experience and specialty.
• Your assessment: your answers, including your written answers, your scores, and when you took it. If you stop partway through, we keep the answers you gave up to that point.
• How you found us: the role page you applied from and the campaign or partner link that brought you there, if any.
• Visiting our site: our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and secure the site. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The application form is provided by Typeform, which may set cookies it needs for the form to work.

We do not ask for government ID, a Social Security number, bank details, or video. If a project later needs identity or payment details, the platform running that project will tell you what is needed and why before you share anything.

How we use it

• To review your application and assessment, and to confirm your background and field.
• To email you about your application, including a reminder if you do not finish it.
• To email you about projects that match your expertise.
• To understand which channels bring strong applicants, so we can improve how we recruit.

We may use AI tools to help score and summarize assessment answers. A person on our team reviews results before we decide whether you move forward.

Who we share it with

• AI companies and training platforms we work with: if you pass, we share your name, contact details, background and assessment results with the company or platform running the project so they can confirm and onboard you. We share only what they need for that purpose.
• Service providers that run parts of this process for us, such as our form tool, our database, email, AI tools used for review, and website hosting. They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
• When required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of NexaSofter, applicants or others.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-site advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep application and assessment records for up to 24 months after we last hear from you, so we can match you to future projects. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email. You can ask to see, correct, export, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing[email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

Depending on where you live (for example California, Canada, the UK, or the EU), you may have additional rights under local law, and you can raise a concern with your local data protection authority. Where UK or EU law applies, we rely on your consent and our legitimate interest in recruiting experts to process your information.

• Your information is stored and processed in the United States.
• Applicants must be 18 or older. Our site is not directed at children.
• We protect your information with access controls and trusted providers. No system is perfectly secure, so we collect only what we need at each step.
• If we change this policy, we will update the date above and email applicants about material changes.
